Who We Are

Owner Enable LLC ("Owner Enable," "we," "us") operates the website ownerenable.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. Questions? Email sales@ownerenable.com.

Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to deliver our products and improve our marketing:

  • Information you give us — your first name, email address, and the field service / agency / practice management tool you use, when you fill out a Decision Guide form, Strategy Call request, or Stack Builder waitlist.
  • Payment information — when you purchase a Quick-Start Checklist, Stripe processes payment on our behalf and shares your name and email with us. Owner Enable never sees or stores your card number.
  • Automatic data — your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL, collected via cookies and similar technologies described below.

How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver the Decision Guide, checklist, or strategy call you requested.
  • Send follow-up emails about Owner Enable products and resources. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link at the bottom.
  • Measure how our website and ads perform so we can improve them.
  • Show you relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms ("retargeting").
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, measure performance, and serve relevant advertising. The third parties below set cookies on our pages:

Who We Share Your Data With

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run Owner Enable:

  • Zoho Campaigns & Zoho CRM — stores your contact info and sends our emails. Zoho's policy.
  • Stripe — processes payments. Stripe's policy.
  • Google Workspace — for emails sent from sales@ownerenable.com and meeting scheduling. Google's policy.
  • Meta & Google — analytics + advertising as described above.
  • Hostinger — hosts our website. Hostinger's policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law (subpoena, court order) or to protect our rights or others' safety.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access — get a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct — fix anything inaccurate.
  • Delete — ask us to remove your data.
  • Opt out — unsubscribe from email marketing or opt out of personalized ads.
  • Portability — receive your data in a portable format.

California residents have rights under CCPA/CPRA; EU/UK residents under GDPR/UK-GDPR. To exercise any right, email sales@ownerenable.com with your request and we'll respond within 30 days.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your contact information as long as you remain subscribed plus a reasonable buffer for our records. Payment records are retained for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time using the contact above.

Children

Owner Enable is a B2B service for adult business owners. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, email sales@ownerenable.com and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The "Effective" date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
